Unlimited Wash Club membership billing, cancellation, and refund terms

Monthly billing: Unlimited Wash Club memberships automatically recharge every 30 days using the credit or debit card provided at sign-up.

Membership Cancellations

Members may cancel their Unlimited Wash Club membership at any time without a cancellation fee.

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed at least 72 hours before the monthly billing date.

Cancellations Submitted after 72 hours will be charged and receive no refund.

Membership Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Mid-month membership cancellations
• Billing cycles in which the membership was not used
• Membership recharges resulting from failure to cancel before the required cancellation timeframe
• Claims that the member was unaware of the recurring monthly charge or did not realize the membership had been enrolled as an automatic recharge subscription

Members are responsible for reviewing their account activity and monitoring recurring membership charges.

Membership charges may occasionally process one day earlier or later than the expected billing date.

Unauthorized or Disputed Charges

Members are responsible for monitoring their account and billing activity.

Unauthorized or disputed charges that are more than 60 days old may not be eligible for a refund from Trademark Car Wash or its affiliates.

Service Availability

Temporary service interruptions due to holidays, equipment maintenance, upgrades, inclement weather, or other circumstances affecting availability do not change the membership billing terms outlined above.
